Production Technician

Starting Pay: $19.50-20.25/hr.

Responsibilities:

Operate Production Machinery: You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Quality Control: Monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards and identify any issues.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and follow company policies.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various harvest activities including:

Preparation, sorting, drying, packaging, and palletizing.

Partake in return and rework activities, quality analysis & control, field management, and warehousing activities.

This position offers the potential to evolve into a long-term opportunity for employees demonstrating excellent production and attendance.

Shift / Pay

1st - 6AM-2:30PM ($19.50/hour) Mon-Fri

2nd - 2PM-10:30PM ($20.50/hour) Mon-Fri

3rd - 10PM-6:30AM ($20.25/hour) Sun-Thurs

Work Environment

This fully on-site position at an agricultural site.

The work is physical and strenuous, requiring PPE including a hard hat, safety vest, work gloves, and hearing protection, all provided at the worksite.

Steel or composite-toe shoes are mandatory at all times.

During the peak season (September through March), flexible shifts and occasional overtime are required.

Off-peak months (April through August) typically feature an 8-hour day schedule.

Openness to at least 2 shifts during the harvest season is necessary

Experience: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

Shift Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
