Aerotek Product Administrator in Yakima, Washington

Join our team as a Product Administrator/Expeditor, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our production processes. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining a new project reporting system for internal use and customer transparency, assisting the Production Manager in creating timing charts or spreadsheets for manufacturing data tracking, and supporting the Production Control Manager in achieving departmental goals and implementing cost-saving strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and closing work orders in our MRP system-based software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our production.

Hard Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Planning, Data Tracking, and Report Presentations

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, blueprints, and production schedules

  • Ability to read and create manufacturing work order instructions

Soft Skills

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work within a team structure and independently

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Yakima, Washington.

Work Environment

The position is based in a temperature-controlled production facility. Working hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm with the option for overtime.
