Description:

The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for all of the troubleshooting, repair, rebuilding, preventative maintenance and other projects that will keep the production equipment operating effectively.

Requirements

Perform machine set up and repair assembly and packaging equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance routines on all production equipment.

Ability to work on low voltage and 120-480vac equipment, starters, motors, VFDs, sensors, controllers, photo-eyes, etc.

Install, debug and stabilize plant equipment as required.

Read schematics and blueprints in order to interpret, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues to properly and safely repair.

Perform repairs and upgrades of the machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.

Install electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment and hand tools

Perform electrical and distribution lock out/ tag out method steady with customary safety protocol.

Job Requirements

5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment, foods is preferred but not required

Experience in troubleshooting mechanically and electrically
