Job Title: Welder / Fabricator
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Flux Core and MIG welding on heavy gauge carbon steel, reading blueprints and weld symbols, using tape measures, grinding, fitting and fabrication. The role also involves forklift and overhead crane operation, using hand/power tools, and lifting 50-75 lbs. on occasion to place and adjust materials for welds. The candidate must have attention to detail and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Youngstown, Ohio.
Work Environment
The work environment is a heavy steel manufacturing setting in Youngstown. The setting is not well lit and can be dirty. The equipment varies from new to old. The team consists of 50+ full time workers with around 120 people in production as full time or temporary. The shifts are 1st shift 6:30am-2:30pm, 2nd shift 2:30pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift 10:30pm-6:30am.
