Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, leadership, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Monitor and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff

Essential Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and equipment repair

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using maintenance management software

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role

• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The pay range for this position is $96000.00 - $130000.00
